126 DAYZ LEFT OMG I'M GOING TO CRY LOL

I'm not really going to die but man only 126 days left till the awards. Well my biggest issue right now is what am I doing what is she doing what the heck is he doing. I need to schedule a bunch of meeting with all of my staff to meet up with them over the next month so I can see were everyone is at and what they need from me. I never knew being the head of something would be some what a pain in the @$$ lol. The hardest part of this that I have is that I have a boss who owns the awards but I don't have a direct supervisor so 85% of decisions are supposed to stop at me but none of my staff understand that and go over my head and go to my boss. So hopefully these meetings will help clear the air.

I am also having stress with sponsors we have had a lot of sponsors but luckily I have a great sales person now because i don't do well as a bill collector lol!

Well only 131 dayz left till the big day! Today it looks like I'll be heading down to ABQ to support the 2010 Male Artist of the Year Juan Gambino. He will be shooting a music video there today around noon!

Update as to whats going on I still have not gotten a hold of my GM he called and I called back but you know its a tag game. I also need to get together with my boss and finalize the info on whom is doing what I have so many employees and I've done all their jobs now I need to know who to talk to so I don't try to seem a bitchy boss and try to do things behind anyone's back. I want to just be on top of everyone.

135 DAYZ LEFT!!!!

Well 135 Dayz Left!!!! Ok so at this point my producer Aaron "Greedy One" Godfrey is coming into Albuquerque sometime next week and I've been trying to get ahold of my GM but  no luck! We need to check out the layout and I want to do my photo shoot for the website and the 505 Vibe Mag. So we are kinda on a stand still until I get a hold of my GM.

Also I'm still on a search for my Trophy Lady's. AMG (Live Life Photography) had an open casting call a few weeks and I found 10 girls I really like but I do still need a few more to check out because I want a selection then I'll make my final decision.

AMG (Live Life Photography) is holding another Open Casting Call On July 23rd at Salsa Baby so if you think you can  be part of my Lady's show up there and find me!!!

Well other then all that going on still looking for sponsors and trying to stay on top of the ones we have now. But I dont really have to anymore because we hired a new sales girl who I'm so grateful for Vanessa Martinez, she is a god to me I hate doing sponsorship lol!

We also added a new District Rep Joseph Jaramillo is kicking ass. Also huge shout outs to  Jeramie D. Rivera, Joe Ornales, and Cruz Ornales you guys are kicking ass!!! Keep up the good work. 




Tickets are going on sale hopefully July 10th so 4 days away!!!!!
